Booking terms: Your deposit holds your selected room and is fully refundable for 7 days from the date of payment. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be paid in instalments or as one payment by arrangement with Salted Soul and must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the retreat begins. Once your first balance payment has been made, all payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend and Salted Soul is able to fill your space, the amount you have paid may be transferred to a later retreat, subject to availability. Flights, airport transfers and travel insurance are not included. You are responsible for arranging suitable travel insurance, including cancellation cover.
